Full Registration

Full Registration fee includes the following:

Day Registration

Day Registration fee includes the following:
-Conference Sessions on nominated day
-Morning, Lunch & Afternoon Tea Breaks on nominated day

The Conference Dinner is not included in your registration fee, tickets can be purchased separately at $185.00 through the registration site.

*If you are selecting the student registration fee, you will be required to upload your current student ID.

*Students are also required to be a member of either ASEG, PESA, AIG.

Registration terms and conditions

All registration fees are in Australian dollars and include GST. Early bird registration must be booked and paid for before or on midnight ADST Friday 5 July for rates to apply. Payment via credit card on the online registration site is the preferred method of payment.

Online payments can be made with either Visa, MasterCard or AMEX Registrations will be acknowledged in writing to the email address nominated with confirmation of requirements according to the registration form submitted. A tax invoice will be attached to this email. If you have not received a written confirmation within seven days, please contact Encanta info@encanta.com.au

All registration cancellations must be received in writing to info@encanta.com.au . Substitutes are welcome.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received up to and including 5.00pm ADST Friday 5 July 2019 will receive a full refund, less a $150.00 administration fee.

Cancellations received between Friday 5 July 2019 and Friday 2 August 2019 will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday 2 August 2019 . As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without penalty.

Failure to attend without prior notice – no refund

Liability

In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the Host, Organizing Committee and Encanta Event Management accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay or cancellation.

Social Events

When you register you will be asked to nominate if you will be attending the inclusive social events included as part of your registration fee. If you are not sure please select “attending”. If you select “not attending” for a social function included as part of your registration fee, you will forfeit your ticket to that function. It may be possible to reinstate your place provided Encanta receives a minimum of ten working days’ notice in writing prior to the commencement of the conference, but this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.
